1. The Fudge House, Edinburgh

The Fudge House in Edinburgh, Scotland has been making fudge since 1949. They use a slow cooling cast method to make small batch fudge with a refined texture and flavor. Every one of their flavors is made with the best of British ingredients.

4. The Fudge Patch, London

The Fudge Patch is located in London’s historic Greenwich Market and specializes in making slab fudge by hand on thick marble tables. They pride themselves on doing things properly and using only the best ingredients for their products. 

You can buy gift boxes of 3 or 5 slices of fudge from flavors such as Salted Caramel, Chocolate Sea Salt, Rum & Raisin, Peanut Butter or Rhubarb & Custard to name just a few. If you visit in person they’ll even let you taste each flavor for free!

5. Roly’s Fudge Pantry, Various Locations

Roly’s Fudge originated in Devon in 1987, and they now have 47 locations across the country run independently by 15 different families. Each of the artisan shops uses traditional recipes to hand make fresh fudge every day. 

They use only the best ingredients and definitely no artificial flavorings, coloring, emulsifiers, additives or palm oil. Along with all the favorite flavors they also offer specialties like Apple Cider, Real Ale, and Honeycomb fudge. 

They even have a fudge club that you can join with a 6 or 12 month subscription!

6. Sarah Bunton, Aberystwyth

Sarah Bunton is an award winning chocolatier and is based in Aberystwyth, Wales. She has been making handmade chocolate and fudge since 2009 using only the finest ingredients. Along with a mouth watering array of chocolates you’ll find her line up of luxury fudge. 

Among them, you need to taste her award winning Liquorice & Blackcurrant and Orange fudge. But don’t leave without Madagascan Vanilla, Rhubarb, Ginger, Sea Salt & Almond or Salted Caramel. Ok, we know that’s all the fudge. But it’s so good!

7. Sticky Chocolate Ltd, Lancashire

Sticky Chocolate Ltd have two stores in Lancashire, one in Blackpool and the other in Lytham St Annes. As you may have guessed they sell chocolate but also traditional sweets, toffee and handmade fudge that is made fresh daily. 

You can select your favorite fudge and take away a box of it. Flavors include Bailey’s Irish Cream, Cookies & Cream, Crunchie Honeycomb, Dark Belgian & Sea Salt and Caramac.

They also make Vegan Chocolate and Vegan Lotus Biscoff fudge. Blackpool is a fun place to visit and the lure of fantastic fudge just adds to its appeal. 

8. Ruby’s Fudge, Worcestershire

Ruby is trained as a professional chef and began making fudge in 2010, setting up a cottage industry in her home at the foot of the Malvern Hills. From her bespoke fudge kitchen and using the best ingredients, she makes a mouthwatering array of fudge flavors. 

Six of her twelve flavors have won awards at the Great Taste Awards: Salted Caramel, Cherry Bakewell, Traditional Butter, Lemon Meringue, Chilli & Sea Salt and Stem Ginger. 

Other flavors include Cappuccino, Rum & Raisin, Peanut Butter, Mint Chocolate, Brandy & Cranberry and Christmas Pudding. 

9. Whirld, Borough Market

Whirld’s founder Justine Cather has worked in confectionery for over 20 years and it shows. Their range of fudge is awe-inspiring and all entirely handmade to traditional recipes using natural ingredients.
